Programs

DAY 01 ROME

Meet your tour leader and private driver at the airport and be transfer to your hotel in the heart of Rome. You will depart from the hotel for “Castelli Romani”, the Roman Castle hills. You will visit a cellar with its vineyard and taste some wine with local products, after that will be transferred in a typical restaurant in Rome for a special welcome dinner.

DAY 02 ROME

Enjoy unique guided sightseeing, including inside visits to all highlights of religious and ancient Rome: the Vatican museum and Sistine Chapel with Michelangelo’s ceiling paintings and The Last Judgment, monumental St Peter’s square and Basilica to admire Michelangelo’s Pietà, the amazing Colosseum, and the Roman forum. Enjoy a Roman Highlights excursion: see the sites and squares of medieval Rome made famous in the movie Angels & Demons.

DAY 03 ROME/ORVIETO/ASSISI

In the early morning departure for Assisi, en route stop in Orvieto. Time to browse through tempting shops in the lanes off Piazza del Duomo, and to visit the fabulous gothic Cathedral with its San Brizio Chapel. Taste local pastries in atraditional pasticceria before continuing toAssisi for your overnight stay. Your guided walking tour includes visits to St Clare’s church and St Francis ’ Basilica. Night in Assisi.

DAY 04 ASSISI/FLORENCE/PADUA

Leave Assisi in the morning to reach the Renaissance city of Florence. Here,follow your local guide on a walking tour. Visit the Academy of fine arts to admire Michelangelo’s celebrated David. Marvel at the magnificent marble cathedral, Giotto’s Bell Tower, the Baptistry’s heavy bronze “Gate of Paradise,” and sculpture-studded Signoria square. Afterwards, continuing to Padua for an orientation of St. Anthony’s city and your overnight stay.

DAY 05 PADUA/ VENICE

A short drive brings you to Venice. Enter in style by private boat and meet your local guide. Highlights of your walking tour are: St Mark’s square and the byzantine Basilica, lavish Doges’ palace and the Bridge of Sights. In the afternoon cruise to the charming island of Murano. Enjoy a special gondola ride followed by a romantic dinner.

DAY 06VENICE/VERONA/MILAN

Visit Verona, medieval setting of Shakespeare’s Romeo and Juliet. Take pictures of Juliet’s balcony and rub the shining breast on her statue for good luck. Continue to the Arena, an incredibly well-preserved pink marble Roman amphitheater. Have a typical Italian aperitif in Verona. Then, on to the dynamic city of Milan where you’ll enjoy a walk through its busy center with the famous La Scala Opera House, the magnificent gothic Duomo, and the glass-domed Galleria. Night in Milan.

DAY 07 EXCURSION TO COMO LAKE

Como lakeis regarded as one of Europe’s most beautiful lakes and has attracted many aristocrats and famous people to come and live there in one of the many villas that line the lakeshore. Enjoy a boat ride and visit picturesque Bellagio, the “Pearl of Lake Como” and already popular as a destination in Roman times. Transfer back to Milan for a Luxury Shopping in an exclusive outlet or around Milan “Quadrilatero della Moda”. Night in Milan

DAY 08 MILAN

Free morning at your leisure. Transfer to the airport for your flight home.
